option b is the answer...in the inbox he received the letter in the order 1,2,3,4,5....he takes the letter from the top.if he supposed to take 4th letter 1st means then there is a possibility of taking the 5 th letter next.But after this there is only a possibility of taking the 3rd letter not the 2nd letter.

45231...it's not possible to type letter 2 avoiding letter 3
