= volume of tank to be filled/volume of water filled per hour ---(1)

Let y be the rate of flow(speed) of water through pipe in km/hr.

time taken = 6hour 18min
= 63/10 hours ---(2)

Volume of tank = 7*4*4.5 =126 m^3 = 126*10^-9 km^3 ---(3)
Volume of water filled in 1 hour = 5*10^-5*4*10^-5*y = 20y *10^-10 km^3 ---(4)

Substituting (2),(3) and (4) in (1)

63/10 = 126*10/(20y)
y = 10km/hr
