Radhika's 1 days work = 1/36
Sanya's one days work = 1/48
Devika's one days work = 1/72

So in 3 days fraction of work done = 1/36+1/48+1/72
= 1/16

1/16 part of work is completed in 3 days
Total number of days required to complete the work = 16*3 = 48 days
