Probability of A=1/2, B=1/3, C=2/3
Probability of hitting at least 2 shots=(A & B hits & not C) OR (B & C hits & not A) OR (A & C hits & not B) OR (all A, B & C hits)
=(1/2)(1/3)(1/3)+(1/3)(2/3)(1/2)+(1/2)(2/3)(2/3)+(1/2)(1/3)(2/3)
=9/18= 1/2

probability of hitting the target at least once=p(A hits&B hits&C hits)or p(A hits & B hits & C does not hits) or p(A and C hits but B does not hit) or p(B&C hits and A does not hit)
=(3/6)*(2/6)*(4/6)+(3/6)*(2/6)*(2/6)+(3/6)*(4/6)*(4/6)+(3/6)*(2/6)*(4/6)
=1/2
