as it will give the difference of either 0 or 11 for the odd & even digit sum.

the sum of numbers at even position and odd positions should be equal.
in this case suppose first *=x and second *=y
so 1+3+y+5=2+x+4
=>9+y=6+x
=>x=y+3

solution pairs are
(3,0),(6,3),(9,6)...elements should be single digited hense
larger value is 96
and lesser is 30

Differences between odd and even places are either zero or divisible by 11 itself.since least and highest is the order,the value will be 1230845 so that diff is 11 itself
