i.e quatratic equation will become 8+13x=35
=> 13x=27
=> x=27/13

put x=y+2 in abhove eqn
(10y+y+2)(y+2+y)=144
on solving we get
22y^2+26Y-140=0
ie y=2
and x=y+2=4
ie digit is 24
