the best way to do these questions is by using options.

here we have to add some no. to 1809 nd have to make it perfect square to find value of 'x' on LHS.

so 1849 is perfect square near 1809. so we add 40 to this 1809. and after that
A.T.Q
x^2=x-3
so after x years... we will get the value 1809+x
so
43^2=[(1809+43)-3]

hence LHS=RHS 43 is value of x (:
