LHS sides first digit 5+1 make last number of the result no 6
243 + 712 = 559
2+ 7 = 9

Middle Digit of L.H.S. number make last second digit of result
4+1 = 5

Last Digit of L.H.S. number make first digit of result
3+2 = 5

NOW look upon the question which ask
236 + 196 = ?

add first digit of both no.
236 + 196 = ---3

add middle digit of both number
236 + 196 = --23 & carry one

add last digit of both number & also add that carry one
236 + 196 = 1323

so ans will be option 9
