Let The Total Property Is x;

Mohan gets 50% of the total property = x/100 * 50
= x/2 part
remaining property = x/2 part

Gaurav gets fifth part of the remaining property
= x/2 * 1/5
= x/10 part

Hemant gets = 1,50,000 Rs

According to the question;

Mohan gets + Gaurav gets + Hemant gets = x
x/2 + x/10 + 1,50,000 = x

5x + x + 15,00000 = 10x
6x + 15,00000 = 10x
4x = 15,00000
x = 15,00000/4
x = 375000 Rs

the total property is 375000 Rs
