Assigning numbers to alphabets as A=1,B=2,...,Z=26 & taking difference of product of alternate numbers.
RAJESH=(18)(1)(10)(5)(19)(8)=(18*10*19)-(1*5*8)= 3380
MUKESH=(13)(21)(11)(5)(19)(8)=(13*11*19)-(21*5*8)= 1877
SURESH=(19)(21)(18)(5)(19)(8)=(19*18*19)-(21*5*8)=5658
Then
NAVEEN=(14)(1)(22)(5)(5)(14)=(14*22*5)-(1*5*14)=1470

Each alphabets are replaced with there corresponding number like a-1,b-2,c-3....z-26

so R A J E S H = 18 1 10 5 19 8
NOW the odd places are multiplied and even places are multiplied seperately

SO R*J*S = 18*10*19 = 3420 and A*E*H= 1*5*8 =40
now 40 is subtracted from 3420 so 3380

Like wise MUKESH is (M*K*S)-(U*E*H)
or (13*11*19)-(21*5*8)= 2717-840=1877

SURESH is (S*R*S)-(U*E*H) OR
(19*18*19)-(21*5*8)= 6498-840= 5658

Similarly NAVEEN is (N*V*E)-(A*E*N) or
(14*22*5)-(1*5*14) = 1540-70 or 1470
So option 5 is the correct answer
