Let there be n points on the circle
Probability that the circle is an incircle for the 3 tangents
= 1/(2n-2)*2*{1/(2n-4)+2/(2n-4)+....+(n-2)/(2n-4)}
= 1/(2n-2)*1/(2n-4)*2*{1+2+3+....+(n-2)}
=1/4*1/(n-1)*1/(n-2) *(n-2)*(n-1)
= 1/4
