subtracing 1 gives 7th number (45).
now the 9th number,add 10 to it. So 9th number = 45 +10 == 55

In this sequence ,37 to 63 is formed by decreasing 1 from units place i.e 6 and interchanging tenths and units place i.e63
next number is formed by just interchanging the position i.e36
next number is formed by now increasing the tenths place by 1,i.e 4 and interchanging the position i.e 64
next number by interchanging the numbers again 46
the sequence continues like this
The last number to be found is obtained just by interchanging the position..which is nevertheless the same number 55
