dia = 2r = 0.3cm
r = 0.3cm / 2 = 0.15cm

cuboid 9cm x 11cm x 12cm

now, we need to calculate volumes of the cuboid as well as the shot

a x b x h = 9cm x 11cm x 12cm = 1188cm3

(4(pi)r^3)/3 = ( 4 x 3.14 x 0.15cm^3) / 3 = 0.01413cm3

we need now to divide cuboid volume by volume of the sphere:

1188cm3 / 0.01413cm3 = 84076.433...

therefore from presented cuboid, after round up, you will made 84076 shots...
