in the numerators, the the next number is the summation of the preceding number's digital sum + that number
and, the denominator, is the digital difference between the numerator
so, the numerator of the result is 79 +(7+9)= 95
and, the denominator of the result is (9-5) =4
so, the result is (95/4) (4)

7*3=21/4 leaves quotient 7 & rem 1

To get numerator add the terms of previous numerator 9+7=16.
