We converting speed rate into m/min
3*1000/60 = 50m/min
In 2 mins he covers 100m
The distance of diagonal is 100m
By this we can find the length of the square by,
Sin 45 = opp/hyp
1/root 2 =a/100
a=100/root 2
area = a*a = (100/root 2)* (100/root 2)= 10000/2 = 5000 sq.m
