Difference in Ratio is 2, which is equivalent to 10.
Then, 3 is equivalent to 10/2*3= 15 days.

Ratio of times taken by Abdul and Rehman = 1:3
Means Rehman will take 3 times which Abdul will do in 1 time

If difference of time is 2 days, Rehman takes 3 days
If difference of time is 10 days, Rehman takes (3/2) * 10 =15 days
