Let the ages of A,B,C = (4x+9),4x,x
Their Sum =9x+9=49
9x=40
X = 40/9
Product of the ages of = (4x+9)x=4x^2+9x=4*40^2/9^2+9*40/9
=4*1600/81 + 40
=6400/81 + 40 = 79.01+40=119.01(approx)

Let the age of C be x years
Then B = 4x years and A = 4x+9 years
Now,
4x+9+4x+x = 49
=> 9x+9=49
x= 40/9
C= 40/9 years
A= 241/9 years
A*C = 9640/81 = 119(approx)

A=B+9.
als B is 4 times C, so B=4C i.e. B/4=C.
so (B+9)+B+(B/4)=49
9B+36=196
B=160/9
C=40/9
A=241/9
A*C=9640/81
so option 10.

hence a+b+c=49
x=40/9=c

so Adding eq -1 and eq -2
5C+B=49

on solving we get B=196/9
A=272/9
c=49/9
so A*C=272/9*49/9

Let C age be x...then B age would be 4x....and A age would be 4x+9...adding it and equating it to 49 will give C age= 40/9...and A age= 241/9...their product is 119
