Find the product of mean, median and mode (i.e. you need to find mean*median*mode)for the following list of values?
23; 16; 45; 28; 18; 23; 36;

Solution

Mean = Sum of nos. / Count of numbers = (23+16+45+28+18+23+36)/7 = 189/7 = 27
Median = Middle term when number are arranged in ascending order = 23
Mode = Number which is present maximum number of times =23
Product = 23*23*27 = 14283

Mean value of the numbers is = (23+16+18+23+28+36+45)/7 =27
Median means the middle number occurred when we arrange it numerically so in this case it will be 23
and mode is that number which is repeated in the list i.e. 23
So the product of these three number will be = 27*23*23 = 14283

For the given numbers 23,16,45,28,18,23,36
Mean=27, Median=23, Mode=23
So required product=27x23x23 = 14283
