Let the numbers be 3x & 7x, then their LCM 21x=189
=> x=9
So, the sum of the numbers=3x+7x=10x=10*9=90

Let 3x and 7x be the number
LCM could be max 189
3x * 7x = 21x^2 = 189
or x^2 = 9
x > 3
So numbers can be > 3x and 7x
> 9 and 21 whose LCM 63
So if we take x as 9
Numbers will be 27 and 63 whose LCM is 189
Sum = 27+63 = 90
= Option (6)
