Absolutely correct, Jagat.
That's why I didn't attempt this Today's puzzle.
Waited fir Admin to clarify / confirm.
So ready to get -1 mark, if question and options are correct.
Otherwise I would be lucky to get 15 marks through murder of Maths.

In Today's puzzle, the options are given in terms of 'á' which is not specified in question.
So answer can only be none of above.
Please confirm if 'a'is to be considered as 'x'.

In today's (31-7-20) Puzzle there are two answers.
1. If the no of pages is 17 (It is possible if the first page starts from left side or it ends with right side) and the page no.s 7 and 8 are plucked then the remaining sum are sigma 17 -(7+8)=17*18/2-(15)
=153-15=138.
Suppose if there are even number of page(possible when 1st page starts with right side) then the no.of pages are 18 and pages removed are 16 and 17
=Sigma 18-(16+17)=18*19/2-(33)
=171-33=138.
So option 7 and 10 are correct.

In today's (31.07.2020) puzzle , it is mentioned..
Sum of the remaining digits is 138.

Please confirm whether 138 is sum of remaining digits of page number e.g. 11 will be considered as sum of digits of 11 i.e. 1+1=2
and hence sum of digits of first 12 pages will be taken as
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+(1+0)+(1+1)+(1+2) = 51
OR
Sum of remaining page numbers is 138.
like sum of 11 will be considered as
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12= 78
