Salt Water Solution =4 litre
Salt water solution after spilling out = 4-1.5 = 2.5 litre
Salt in the solution = 2.5*15% = (3/8)
As previously when the water spills out solution remained was 2.5 litre now 2.5 litre more water is added to fill the jug Now percentage of salt in 5 litre solution = ((3/8)/5)*100 = 7.5 %

Salt in 4 lts = 4*15/100 = 0.6lts
Salt in 1.5 lts = 1.5*15/100 = 0.225lts
Salt remaining = 0.6-0.225=0.375 lts
percentage of resulting solution : 0.375 lts * 100/5lts jug = 7.5%

Salt in Jug = 4 * 15/100 = 0.6

After 1.5ltr Spitting out from Jug = 4-1.5= 2.5ltr

Now Salt in 2.5 ltr = 2.5*15/100 = 3/8ltr

Percentage of Salt Solution in the jug = (3/8)/5 * 100 = 7 . 5 % Ans

Jug capacity - 5litre
At Beginning Jug contains - 4litre (Salt(15%) +Water(85%))
1.5litre spills out - 2.5litre remaining (Salt(15%) + Water(85%))
after filling remaining place in Jug with water - 5litre (water(185%) + salt (15%))
lets assume 200 % = water(185%) + Salt (15%)
then 100% = water(92.5%) + Salt (7.5%)
So Salt is 7.5%.
