Pipe A takes 16 min to fill a tank. Pipes B and C, whose cross-sectional circumferences are in the ratio 2:3, fill
another tank twice as big as the first. If A has a cross-sectional circumference that is one-third of C, how long will
it take for B and C to fill the second tank? (Assume the rate at which water flows through a unit cross-sectional
area is same for all the three pipes.)

Let A's rad= r
Therefore, c's rad =r/3=3r/9( Since ratio of circum is nothing but dat of radii)
Hence, radius of B= 2r/9
Therefore, rate of A= pi*r^2
rate of B+C= pi*9r^2/81+pi*4r^2/81=pi*13/81*r^2
Hence ,time taken by B+C to fill tank of same vol = 16*81/13 mins
time taken to fill twice vol= 32*81/13 mins
