W.K.T for every 400 days , the no. of odd days is 0
so upto 1600 year , d no. of odd days ll be "0" only ---->(1)

1601 - 1900 ie for 300 years calculate d no. of odd days

it ll be 15%7 = 1 ----(2)

from 1901 - 1997
d no. of leap years in 98 yrs ll be 97/4 = 24 yrs nd ordinary yrs 97-24 =73 [v shuld not include 98 bcoz its not yet completed]

so no. of odd days in 97 yrs 24 *2+73*1= 121%7= 2 --->(3)

in 1998 -- calculate the no. of days till june 17th
31+28+31+30+31+17 [ since 1998 is not a leap year, feb contains 28 days only]
=168%7= 0 ---->(4)


so the total no. of odd days in 1998 yrs is

0 + 1 + 2 + 0 = 3

0 --- sunday
1 --- monday

so the day is wednesday [ since d total no. of odd days =3]
