According to me the first one logo is already at their place. you shoul place your 2nd logo to the right top corner in the place of "watch" logo. after then it will be very attractive.

when we calculate unit digit it comes 9+6-2=13;
where 3 is unit digit now we have 1 carry;
for hundred digit we have 5+9-7=7 but we need 8 means we need a carry from 10th place so we have equation
A+C-B+1=12
A+C-B=11;
maximum value of B from here is 7 (because each A,B,C is bw 0-9)
