The formula applies to Bernard's walking. Calculate Bernard's walking speed in kmph.

Number of steps in one minute = 144*1.64
Distance travelled in 1 minute = 144*1.64*1.64 mtrs
Distance travelled in one hr = 144*1.64*1.64*60/1000 km = 23.24 km approx
