Mohan's ages is 1/6 th of his father's age. The father's age will be twice of Suresh's ages, after 10 years. If Suresh's eight birhtday was celebrated 2 years before, what is Mohan's present age?

Suresh's present age = 10 yr
Suresh's age after 10 yr = 20 yr
Father's age after 10 yr = 40 yr
Father'a age now 30 yr

Now the age of suresh will be 10 so after 10 years his age will be 20 so fathers age will be 40 after 10 years. O mohan's age is 30/6=5.

F+10=2(S+10)
F=2S+10

Let the age of Mohan be X , that of his father Y and of Suresh Z.
Mohan's age is 1/6th of his father's age .
So, X = Y/6
After 10 years ,
Suresh celebrated his 8th birthday 2 years ago, so his present age = 8+2 = 10
After 10 years,
Father's age will be twice of Suresh's age at that time ,
So equation is ,
Y + 10 = 2(Z+10)
Putting value of Z = 10 ,
Y = 30
X = 30/6
X = 5
So Mohan's age is 5

s-2=8
s=10
After 10 years suresh age= 20
so after 10 years fathers age becomes=2*20=40
therefore present age of father =40-10=30
