You are the new user of the site. 2 year before the level of puzzle was very hard only few user used to attempt the question. At that time there were prize at 80 points and also the points distribution rule and prize was different.
Now the level of puzzle is very easy. daily some one can get 20 marks easily.

The other explanation that perfect square number should be a natural number is only a view not a definition. And this is not a true view because if it is true then what about 9/25 which is not natural but perfect square according to Wikipedia
