54 and 17 are co prime.. hence we can use euler's theorem..
16 is the euler no for 17.. hence [(54^16)^7]/17 gives remainder 1
hence we have to find the remainder of 54^12/17 => 3^12/17 => 9^6/17 => 2^18/17 => [4*(2^4)^4]/17=> remainder is 4
