You are allowed to move the balls between the boxes so that when you choose a box at random and a ball at random from the chosen box, the probability of getting a red ball is maximized. To maximise probability of red ball,
Move 9 red balls in other box such that one box contains 1 red ball and other box contains 9 red and 10 green balls,

then

probability of getting red ball = 1/2 *1 + 1/2*9/19 = 1/2+9/38= 28/38=14/19

total beer bottles = 6
drinking strategy

bottle2 : mouse2
bottle3 : mouse3
bottle4 : mouse1 and mouse2
bottle5 : mouse2 and mouse3
bottle6 : mouse3 and mouse1
on the basis of death of mice set we can decide the poisoned bottle

in this question upto 2 bottle answer will be 1 because 2^1 = 2
similarly upto 4 bottles answer will be 2 because 2^2 = 4
for upto 8,16,32,64,128 bottles answer will be 3,4,5,6,7

A is due to mistake here.
