x^2+y^2+2x+1=0
=> (x+1)^2 + y^2 = 0
now sum of two perfect square numbers is zero means both number should be zero
means x = -1 and y = 0
so x^31+x^35= (-1)^31 +(-1)^35 = -1-1 = -2
