Solution given is
Let the depth of the tank be h meter
πr²h = 4004
h = 4004/ πr²
h = (4004 x 7/22 x 1/14)
h = 91 m.

I think admin has considered 2r =14 only in place of r^2 ( 7^2).

It should be

πr²h = 4004
h = 4004/ πr²
h = (4004 x 7/22 x 1/49)
h = 26 m.
