Mr. Venkata Ramana, working as a software engineer in a leading IT firm in Chennai took two days leave and went to Tiruvannamalai. Places he visited comprises Arunachaleswara Temple and Ramanashram. He noticed that there were a lot of monkeys near the temple gopuram.(tower). The tower was 136 metres height in all. A male monkey was trying to go up and he was brought down by a female monkey. This was happening with a regularity. For the first 30 seconds the male monkey was climbing up 10 metres and in the next 30 seconds the female monkey brought down the male monkey by 4 metres. This process was going on. Mr.Venkata Ramana took his video camera and was recording what was happening. He wanted to see whether the male monkey will reach the top of the Tower and if so how long it takes for it to reach the top. How long the male monkey would have taken to reach the top of the tower?

Total Cost price = 12,500+300+800 = 13600 RS.
Using Profit % = profit *100/CP, we get profit as 2040 rs.
so , Selling price should be , SP=CP+Profit = 13600+2040 = 15640 rs.
Ans : 15640 rs. I think this is the method to solve , Plz do correct me if wrong

total C.P would be 12500+300+800=13600
Now he sell it at 15% profit so,
S.P will be=(115/100)*13600=15640

so 6 pair days work=1 (completed work)
