frst of all dont go fa an interview to crack it..hope always fa best and do well with confidence definitely dat will reach u fa ultimate success..
ROUND1:on frst day it was wrtn test (pool campus) nearly 800 peopleattended..
the pattern of wrtn test was of 3 sections
1)verbal 25 questions
2)quant 25 question
3)logical 25 questions
the time span was 90min for 75 questions..time will be sufficient if v do fast..nd 0.25 negative marking fa each wrong answer dont wryy the paper is so easy..after my wrtn test i was so confident dat i will not crack nd i left the hall wen results were announced..by gods grace i got my name on list..
from 800 people 160 got selectd..
ROUND2:it was group discussion round 12 peoplein each group..it was some what easy if ur good at communication skills..from each group 5-6 people were selected nd frm my group 8 memebers were selectd as every was spokewell..the gd was of 25 minutes..nd later evn debate (
just to test the leadership skills)not for all the groups depends on pannel...
then v waited for our result..i was well confident dat i will b in..then again they read my name on list..
ROUND3:then it was hr&technical round..i was into the pannel wer it completly HR..as im so takative he loved the way i spoke..nd he was imprresd by my resume nd certificates..nd after 15 min hr asked me to take wrtn interview fa him..then i said no sir..then he asked me two atleast two questions..then i startd askng questions..as im good question bank i was askng continuosly..hewas testng my leadeship skills..then he told me congrats u will get ua offer soon..hip hip huurraayy dat was #rd inerview as i lost two companies..neva get deprsd just u need to have PATIENCE and CONFIDENCE definetly u will deserve..

In capgemini recruitment process it consists of online written test, GD, and interview.
written test contain 3 sections
each section contain 25 q.
negative marking -0.25
1. quant - little bit tough (r.s.agrawal)
2. reasoning - easy
3. english - normal (prefer sites - m4maths, indiabix)
out of 252 , 60 selected
our GD topic was "THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION-INNOVATION OR LEARNING"
OUT OF 60, 21 cleared GD
in GD , try to iniate gd and try to speak through out the session .speak more and more.don't wait for your chance to come.noone will give you chance.also take the initiative in concluding gd.
INTERVIEW:-
tell me about yourself
1. have u studied c/c++
2.real life example of object oriented .
3. favourite subject
4. q on data structure. stack and queue
5. que on networking (layers of osi model)
6. your contribution on project . back end and front end of project
they asked basic q from technical if u dont know the ans ..dont try to fool them .simply say sir - i donot know.
then they gave me 2 puzzles. only 1 I solved.
at the end of the day , only 12 got selected.i am so happy to say that ,now i am member of capgemini family ..:-) :-)
