volume of solid lead sphere=(4/3)*pi*(2^3)=(32/3)pi cubic cm
total volume of water with two solid sphere=96pi+2*(32/3)pi=(352/3)pi cubic cm
pi*(4^2)*h=(352/3)pi
h=22/3
height by which water level rises=22/3-6=4/3=1 1/3cm

(16x+100) / (23x+477) =11/20

no u have to have 60% throughout in 1st attempt irrespective of board
u can apply for wipro they demand 60% in 10th, 50% in 12th and 65% in btech

A alone can do 1/4th of the work in 2 days. B alone can do 2/3th of the work in 4 days. if all the three work together, they can complete it in 3 days so what part of the work will be completed by C in 2 days

15x + y + (z/4) =100 ---(i) &
x + y+ z= 100 ---(ii)
On subtracting (ii) from (i), 14x+(z/4)-z =0 or x=3z/56
For x to be positive and for minimum value of z=56, x=3, so y=41

D = X mod 10 = (123 mod 10)^(123!) mod 10 = 3^(123!) mod 10

Take the powers of 3:
3^0 = 1 mod 10
3^1 = 3 mod 10
3^2 = 9 mod 10
3^3 = 27 = 7 mod 10
3^4 = 81 = 1 mod 10
After this, the numbers will repeat.

So 3^(4*n) = 1 mod 10 for all positive integers n.
And 123! is 4*n

So D = 3^(4n) mod 10 = 1

Given (A-5) + (S-5)=60, S+A=70 ---(iii)
From (i) 6A=5R & from (iii) A=70-S, so 6(70-S)=5R , 420- 6S=5R ---(iv)
From (ii) 6S=5B, substituting in (iv), 420- 5B= 5R or B+R=84 ---(v)
So ages of Bernard and Uncle Roger after 5 years= (B+5) +(R+5)=B+R+10 =84+10 =94

If speed of bike=x, then speed of a car=1.5x
According to given condition: (100/b) - (100/1.5b) =25/60

As this forms an arithmetic series with first term a=10, difference d=10

On simplifying , n^2+n-240=0 , (n-15)(n+16)=0, so n=15
