We cannot take 0 at most significant bit position... So it leaves 5 no to be places at MSB ...5nnumbera can be placed at 1 position right to MSB so 5*5*4*3*2=600

speed of faster boat=a
speed of slower boat=b
speed of stream=x
time= dist/speed
downstream,
1.5*d/(a+x) = d/(b+x)
since speed of a downstream= a+x
and of b = b+x
on solving u get,
3(b+x)=2(a+x).. eq 1

upstream,
speed of a= a-x
speed of b= b-x
d/(a-x)=d/(2*(b-x))
on solving u get,
a-x=2(b-x).. eq 2

distance = speed * time
1*(a-b)=8
a=8+b.. eq 3

put a=8+b in eq 1
u get,
b=16-x
put this value of b in eq 2
u get x=4, b=12, a=20
Answer is 20 which is speed of faster boat :)
