can anyone explain the logic behind the following arrangement ??

an arrangement machine , when given a set of input numbers arranges them in the following way based on a certain logic in each step :

for example : input : 37,29,17,51,46,22,71,33
step 1 : 71,29,17,51,46,22,37,33
step 2 : 71,37,17,51,46,22,29,33
step 3 : 71,37,29,51,46,22,17,33
step 4 : 71,37,29,46,51,22,17,33
step 5 : 71,37,29,46,51,17,22,33
step 6 : 71,37,29,46,51,17,33,22

step 6 is the last step of the arrangement ..

if u get the logic for the above question .. then please explain me for the following input

this type of question was asked in NAC test recently
there are 7 nos in the series.
in step 1 first and the sixth nos are interchannged
in step 2 second and the sixth nos are interchanged
in step 3 3rd and the 6th nos are interchannged
in step 4 4th and the 6thth nos are interchanged
in step 5 5th and the 6th nos are interchannged
in step 6 6th and the 7th nos are interchannged

thus the final answer will be 28,81,89,72,43,90,69

The online test shall be now divided into two parts - language(verbal) and quantitative. Till last year, the test had quantitative section only. The language(verbal part) is mandatory and has to be attempted by all the students. This part will contain the time limit of ten minutes and is mandatory to be passed in order to qualify for the Interview for all the students.

6^17= any multiples of 6 gives the unit value as '6'..
and if you take 17*17*17*17 then it results 1 as unit value and it will be repeating.. soo adding 6 +1 gives 7 and on dividing we get "0" as result..

100/3=33.33 burnt.remaining=100-33.33=67.77
2nd time also 1/3 rd will burnt.so
