When i had appeared for IBM last month, there were two sections: 1st aptitude+reasoning(quiet easy) after qualifying 1st section there was English(it seems very easy but actually you have to be careful). Then Interview is a bit of technical and lot of confidence... And you are through. All the best.

Concentrate on series questions, Aptitude&reasoning is quite easy.
After qualifying first section second section is a business etiquette & English test which is easy 22 ques in 20 min. Read previous questions
