I need help in solving this sequence:

reposting this because I wanted to add more informations. Now by taking a look at the numbers that preceed 333333 and 44444444,we can see that 2+4=6 and after that we can see that 333333 is made of 6 numbers, the same goes for 5+3=8 we have 8 numbers 4 there.

Now take a look at 53, 44444444, 82 you can see that the number that preeceds 44444444 is 82-30+1=53 so i just assumed that for the next number we should use 82+30-1=111 11+1=12 222244444444 has 12 numbers and the criteria starts working now we do the same 111+30-1=140 and we put it right after 222244444444 ,then we do again 140+30-1 we firstly do 140+30=170 now we subtract -1 from 0 and for some reasons it becomes 16-1 now 16-1=15 and 444433333322221 has 15 numbers so by substituting these values from the original sequence we get this one:

24, 333333, K, ?, 53, 44444444, 82, ?, 111, 222244444444, 140, ?, 16-1, 444433333322221

I'm unsure about k,because by using my criteria that should have been 24+30-1=53 but we find that later before 44444444. The only thing i know is that after 82 we need a 10 digit number,because of 8+2=10, after 140 we need a 14 digits number please help me

Total Work = (8m + 10w)*10
Given, w=(4/5)m
So, total work in terms of m = [8m + 10*(4/5)m]*10 = 160m
Hence time taken for 10 men=160m / 10m = 16 Days.

Rohit brushed quickly past an elderly woman waiting on the platform ahead of him to get onto the metro. He wanted to be sure to get a seat to read his Economic Times. As the train rolled out of the station, he lifted his head from the newspaper
and stared at the man directly across from him.
A tsunami - of antipathy came over him. Rohit knew this man, knew him all too well.
Their eyes locked.
As the train reached full speed, the ruckus of speeding wheels against the winding
rails and a wildly gyrating subway car filled Rohit's ears. To this frenetic beat, Rohit
effortlessly listed in his head all the reasons this man, whose eyes he stared coldly
into, was an anathema to him.
He had climbed the upper echelons of his firm using an imperious manner with his
subordinates, always making sure everyone knew he was the boss.
Despite his impoverished upbringing, he had become ostentatious. Flush with cash
from the lucrative deals he had made, he had purchased a yacht and a home in
Mumbai. He used neither. But, oh, how he liked to say he had them. Meanwhile,
Rohit knew, this man's parents were on the verge of being evicted from their rundown
tenement apartment in Allahabad.
What bothered Rohit most about this man was that he never even attempted to make amends for his evil ways.
Could this man change? Rohit did not know. He could try though.
The train screeched to Rohit's stop. He gave the man one last hard look. "See you
around," he mumbled to himself. And he knew he would, because Rohit had been
glaring at his own reflection in the glass in the metro.
It would take years of hard work and therapy, but Rohit would one day notice this
man again on the train and marvel at what a kinder person he had become.

Difference between 2nd and 1st, = 35 - 2 = 33

Between 3rd and 2nd = 104 - 35 = 69

Between 4th and 3rd = 209 - 104 = 105

Now, difference between the values obtained -

69 - 33 = 36

105 - 69 = 36

It is clearly seen that the difference is increasing by 36.

So, the next number in the series will be = (105 + 36) + 209

= 141 + 209

= 350

Hence, the next number in the series is 350
