money than Tina had. They bought things amounting to Rs. 480 altogether, out of which
Tina’s share was 65%. At the end of shopping, Sona was left with 4 times the amount that

Let Tina initially had Rs. x, then Sona had Rs. 4x
Total shopping amount=Rs. 480, so Tina's share=480*65/100=Rs. 312 and Sona's share=480 - 312=Rs. 168
Given, amount left after shopping with Sona is 4 times the amount left with Tina.
=> (3x - 168) = 4*(x - 312)
=> x = 1080

If total income is x, then
[(x*0.8*0.75)-10000]*3/8= 14250
then x= Rs 80000/-
