x ~ 1/y^2 => x = k/y^2, where k is constant
When y = 3 and x = 4
we have 4 = k/9 or k = 36
Therefore x = 36/y^2 thus
when y = 6
we get x = 36/6^2

in other words square root of x is inversely proportional to y.
Given x=4, y=3 that means 2 is inversely proportional to 3.
If y=6 then automatically x should be 1 as it is inversely proportional.
